To redeem tier benefits, all card holders must be contactable either by telephone, email, SMS or mail.Player Rewards card holders accept and agree to be bound by the following rules:.Players are eligible to join the following loyalty programme tiers if they earn the appropriate number of Tier Credits in a calendar year: Platinum 15,000 Tier Credits and Diamond 30,000 Tier Credits.Promotional bonus points and points earned on Poker Cash Games are not included. Tier Credits are calculated from gaming Reward Points, Reward Points earned on food and beverage purchases and any Reward Point adjustments.Metropolitan Gaming may engage in strategic relationships and/or promotions, which may result in the earning of Bonus Reward Points that are deposited into a participant’s account.A participant's identity must be verified to the satisfaction of Metropolitan Gaming in order to redeem Reward Points.All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Metropolitan Gaming.They may be rounded up to the nearest £1 when being redeemed for food, drink or other retail items on a Metropolitan Gaming property. Reward Points are redeemable for gaming play (minimum 500 Reward Points), food and drink at participating Metropolitan Gaming bars and restaurants, as well as items from the merchandise catalogue or rewards menu.Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Player Rewards card and at management discretion.The determination of Metropolitan Gaming shall be final with respect to any discrepancies. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play however, as a condition of receiving Reward Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Reward Points are granted based on the personal observation of Metropolitan Gaming employees, which may be subject to error.Reward Points remain valid providing the participant visits a Mtroppolitan Gaming property and uses their Player Rewards card at least once every six months otherwise the entire Reward Point account balance will expire.All Reward Point earnings are subject to review and verification.Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that a dealer is aware of their play when playing tables or any other games. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure his/her Player Rewards card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots or electronic roulette.
Reward Points will not be earned on promotional electronic tickets, promotional table vouchers or promotional gaming chips.
Where applicable, Reward Points may be earned for all tracked table play.
